Save Max Real Estate’s 8th Annual Customer Appreciation Event held on Friday, July 6th, 2018 at Canadian Convention Centre was attended by more than 2500 guests. This customer appreciation fiesta each year re-vitalizes Save Max’s strategic customer relationship with clients in Brampton, Mississauga and overall GTA and is considered as one of the biggest corporate events held in GTA. Save Max has always put its clients in the spotlight and left behind a lasting impression showing how Save Max never forgets to appreciate their clients for showing their trust and faith in the brand through all these years.

The size of this event and the well-planned agenda demonstrated Save Max’s expertise and experience in the market. Just like every year, this year’s event turned out to be enormously successful and was high on treasuring all clients with lots of fun, awards, prizes, performances, dance, food & drinks.  Special Entertainment setup for kids was installed outside the hall, including a photo booth, clown & puppet shows, drawing competitions, face painting, popcorn, candy stands, Disney mascots & a lot more.  The evening began with an entertaining Kids fashion show followed by dance performances by Bhangra Group & a power-packed Bollywood Performance by a Star Group to entertain the audience. It was an extremely well-managed  event, put together by entire Save Max team, sponsored by RBC, Nanda Lawyers, Aastha Law Office, Sandeep Chabbriya, Shah Law Office, Guru Insurance & elicited very positive feedback from clients, besides highlighting Save Max’s unique blend of quality, consistency and personalized service. Raman Dua, CEO of Save Max said, “I am overwhelmed with the response and support from our clients. They are the ones who keep us in business and this is one of our many ways of saying thanks to them.”

Pictures of Save Max clients enjoying the event flooded all over the Internet withhashtag #SaveMaxEvent after Save Max announced  a picture contest that brought more excitement & cheer in the crowd. Contest winners were given an X-box, Google Home Speaker and many more gift hampers for fashion show contest winners and drawing competition winners. Northumberland Heights Wellness Centre 1-night packages and Gift baskets of high-end skin care gift packages were given out to couples who participated in the dance off contest held by Save Max. All these contests and competitions kept the guests engaged throughout the event and left no time for dullness.

Commenting on the night, Raman Dua said “We couldn’t expect a better gathering and enthusiasm in the crowd than this.” “It's been a great year for the Save Max team and hopefully next year we will be even stronger. It feels great to see the whole Save Max family celebrating together and watch it grow by each passing year”, said Mr. Dua, addressing the team.

Many important political figures & famous personalities including Brampton Mayor, Linda Jeffrey, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh, MP Ramesh Sangha, MP Sara Singh, MP Ruby Sahota, MPP Deepak Anand, Councilor Gurpreet Dhillon, Former MPP Harinder Malhi, Superfan Nav Bhatia and TV Star Jai Kalra graced the event with their presence. Mississauga Mayor, Bonnie Crombie and Consulate General of India, Toronto Dinesh Bhatia sent in a video message congratulating Save Max team for another successful event as they were not able to attend the event personally. This year, the Chief Guest of the event was Mrs Badyal, wife of late Save Max Employee Mr. Amrik Badyal who recently passed away in India this year. In honor of Mr. Amrik Badyal, Mrs. Badyal was called upon stage and presented with a “shawl” (signifies mark of respect) and financial aid by CEO Raman Dua and Brampton Mayor, Linda Jeffrey.

The Highlight of the event was when Raman Dua took the stage to announce 5yr old, Samaya Veeran, the winner of the Youngest CEO Canada campaign launched in December 2016 to bring out young talent at the forefront. Raman Dua said, “Save Max has always pioneered in real estate market and introduced fresh ideas. This campaign is in continuation to that and I feel proud to present this opportunity to all.”

In his speech, Raman Dua shared Save Max’s plan for 2018 briefly and mentioned that Save Max Team has already acquired a land in the Heart of Mississauga to build a Save Max Corporate Tower that is expected to be ready by end of 2019. In addition to this, Save Max has acquired an Office Location on Lakefront Toronto and is working towards building a strong team of 100+ Realtors by the end of 2018. Till date, Save Max has completed more than 2 Billion Sales Volume and 4375+ transactions and is well on the path to take it way further.

Amid the event, accomplishments of Save Max Top Performers who contributed aggressively towards the growth of the company were celebrated and recognized by important political figures, along with CEO Raman Dua and CFO Nidhi Dua. Among the key award winners was Sachin Gupta, ‘Top Agent of the year’ 2017 7th year in a row, who achieved more than $250 Million sales volume in his short 7 year career span. Inderpal Rawal, Lashika Katyal and Navpreet Bhogal were awarded the prestigious ‘Rookie of the year’ award and Loveleen Dhiman & Shaifali Kaushik were presented with ‘Employee of the year’ award for helping Save Max achieve new heights. Balraj Puri, Lalit Bhatla & Sachin Gupta bagged the ‘Top Producer & Team Leader’ Award for being exemplary Team Leaders and achieving more than $25 Million Sales Volume in 2017. Nitin Malik and Abhishek Grover made it to the ‘Circle of Legend’ award for achieving more than $20 Million Sales Volume in the year 2017. The ‘Chairman Club’ award winners: Ashish Parikh, Sampan Bhatia and Gurmeet Gill were also honored for completing more than $15 Million sales volume in the year 2017.










In 2015 Client Appreciation Event, Save Max appointed Tushar Malik, a 13-year-old young entrepreneur as an Honorary CEO of Save Max based on his passion and love towards the company. Since then, Tushar has had been actively participating in all Save Max events. Tushar's involvement and learning in the company inspired Save Max to open up doors for all little ones aged between 5-12 years to enter into the business world, by launching ‘Youngest CEO Canada’ campaign in December 2016. This campaign aimed at bringing out the young talent to create a history in the fast growing business world and gave parents a wonderful opportunity to nominate their kids to be selected as an Honorary CEO of one of the leading brokerages, Save Max Real Estate, for one full year. "Get ready to be surprised when you see a hidden business leader in your child," said Raman Dua, CEO of Save Max during the launch.

Last year, Anshuman Shah, an 8-year old young lad who likes to play soccer, hockey, basketball and dreams to become a lawyer was chosen as the honorary CEO of Save Max. For this year’s campaign, Save Max received hundreds of applications from the kids aged between 5-12 years talking about their skills and their desire to become the Honorary CEO of Save Max. After going through the huge pile of applications, in this year’s annual client appreciation event on Friday, July 6th, a panel of judges selected Samaya Veeran, a 5-year old girl who is a huge Anthony Robbins fan and already uses a "To Do List" at the age of 5 as an honorary CEO of one of the fastest growing real estate company in GTA. The company achieved sales of more than $508 Million in 2017, and sold more than $2 Billion Real Estate since April 2010. The company has 3 locations in Ontario and operates with more than 80 employees. As promised, this little shining star was presented with a $500 gift hamper, a laptop and will soon be given an opportunity to get real-life experience working as an Honorary CEO of Save Max for one full day in Save Max head office.

While talking to media, CEO of Save Max, Raman Dua, said with devotion, “Choosing Samaya as the 3rd Honorary CEO was a well-thought decision. She has excellent ideas and this opportunity will show her the right direction to enhance her skills.
